This one is a bit perplexing when there is dozens of known sales, do we consider inflation? or in a hobby does inflation not affect things?

The “guides” are such rubbish. I’m a big singles guy, but the usual types of singles guys at “the board” drive me crazy. “This chip low books for $50, so I’ll offer this great deal of $45.” Yeah, that chip hasn’t sold for more than $5 in five years. Sadly, most know that, but they prefer to fall back on book prices when it suits them.View attachment 7986View attachment 7987View attachment 7988View attachment 7989View attachment 7990View attachment 7991
2000 known to be produced, since they were produced. Who sets the values? I'll tell you. BUYERS DO. Not the "Price Guides". Obviously.
I've learned to use the book as a base line, look at sold listings and then base everything off sold listings. You can't follow a book, chip price guide or anything that isn't constantly updated. The last time it was made as almost two years ago and they really didn't update anything. So, to me it isn't worth following it at all.The “guides” are such rubbish. Releasing too many too fast will decrease the value. Last one sold for just over $400.View attachment 7986View attachment 7987View attachment 7988View attachment 7989View attachment 7990View attachment 7991
