Only if they’ve been cleaned so much that they’re dried out desiccated husks. Those chips need oil and I’ve done it myself. But mint Paulsons? No way. China clays? Nope.
Do what you want, but don’t oil chips just to sell them, because a lot of us will look at those pics of glossy oily shiny chips and say no thanks.
