    In concurrence with the above post, what I listen to "these days" is the same stuff I used to listen to in "those days". I don't disparage the newer stuff out today, I just like the older stuff much better.
    Couldn’t agree more. My ears know what sounds good and what doesn’t.
    Musical Relevance to me has soul, without any soul your just listening to noise.
    Lots of noise on the radio these days.

    Funny, I jammed out Revolver/The Beatles when I first got my CPCs and was oiling them. Sent this to a buddy from ~9 months ago

    Also currently listening to this; their audio-mixing has always been insanely good for their time:
    Probably my favorite song by Mark Knopfler and Dire Straights. Such a unique sound and some really good songs by these guys.

    Sweet! Both classics and Dire Straits was mixed extremely well!

    I had just picked up that Revolver Japanese pressing a few weeks ago at the Dallas HiFi show. Japanese pressings can be hit or miss (some are fantastic, some are not mixed well) - but they are almost always quieter and in better condition.

    I’m super happy with this one!
