I mostly play 1/3 and 2/5 myself. I like to run 200/500/200/100 on $1/$5/$25/$100 with a few barrels of 500s to interchange the 1s when I do run the 2/5. Seems to do fine.

What are the stakes? If you're using 25¢ chips then you must be starting at 25¢/50¢. If 50¢/$1, then use 50¢ chips instead of quarters. If using 25¢ chips, I'd get 120 quarters. The rest of your denoms look good to me. Maybe use 380 - $5 chips to make up for the 20 extra quarters.
Why? Because if you give 10 quarters per 10 players you get 2.50 in small chips each. That's not a $1 increment in starting chips. Who's going to buy in for $99.50? Give them 12 quarters and that's 3 bucks. Make up the rest as you see fit.

I like this as well but my personal preference is 80 x $100 & 20 x $500

I mostly play 50/$1 to $2/2 with mostly $1-2 or $2-2 nowsaday
